  Yes, she may qafuily, but it is difficult to get. And she is pregnant, so other factors will come into the evaluation. Since she has medicaid, this will help with the pregnancy, so she needs to call Texas Welfare, disability section, to find out more advice as to what she should do.Good luck.  Bi Polar is a terrible thing to have, and please advise her to always be on her medicine or the baby and she will both suffer.  Was this answer helpful?
